Curved heart-shaped pendant in 18 kt (750/1000) white gold set with 71 brilliant cut diamonds for a total of 1.00 ct - colour F/G, clarity VVS. The back is openworked with stars, moon, hearts and circles, lobster clasp that can be opened, with round cabochon cut sapphire.

In addition to the 750 hallmark identifying the gold fineness, the pendant also bears the manufacturer's mark '1940 MI' which identifies an Italian company from the goldsmith district of Milan.
