A rare beautiful original page from Pats from the early years. It is page 18 from the album No. 4 "Lieve Loempia" from 1976.
First the story was published in the weekly Patskrant nr.641 of March 18, 1975 (see image)
Pats goes to sea with Treezebees and encounters a wizard-vivified aviator Chops-soi from Thailand. He weeps because his companion Loempia (kite) has been lost. Pats teams up with Chops-soi to find the kite spring roll and heralds the start of an amazing adventure in Bangkok.
If I were to buy a record it would be this one because all the main characters are on it: Pats and his sister Treezebees, Flappy, Chop-soi and Loempia
The page measures 31.5 by 45 cm and has a passe-partout (40 by 50 cm) in dark blue. She was framed with great care in a frame of 43 by 33 cm.
