Pair of full-bodied Art Deco bedside tables veneered in olive briar and portoro marble. Restored and finished with shellac.

The bedside tables have a top in black portoro marble or built into a wooden base which is curved at the uprights
The door, like the rest of the bedside tables, is veneered in olive root, inside there is a large compartment for storing objects with two compartments. The door is curved in a quarter circle at the uprights.
The sides are veneered in olive root
Present chrome and bakelite handles typical of the time.
The stem is unique varied moved and present throughout the perimeter of the bedside table.

The bedside tables have been restored and are in good condition but show small signs of aging and wear. The possible presence of some woodworm holes (which we have not noticed) are an oversight during the restoration and do not mean an infestation but rather the originality of the object which has been treated with permethrin (insecticide), the marbles are in good condition, one of the two was re-glued in the past but it is not noticeable, some tiny pieces of wood may be missing, one of the two handles has a lower defect. All the conditions described are highlighted in the photos.
