Beautiful large ink page (pl. 11) from the Timur story 'Autant en emporte le temps', made for the weekly magazine Spirou - Spirou in 1969 and only published in album in 2006.
Attached are the accompanying sketch page (on tracing paper) and a sheet with color indications. A unique combination!
This story only consisted of 12 pages
India ink on glossy drawing paper. Sirius experimented with papers quite often. He drew on ordinary thick drawing paper, sometimes on tracing paper and also on this glossy paper, which made it easy for him to scratch out lines in black.
The page is in good condition. Has some restorations With the original French texts.
This glossy paper is quite thin and has a horizontal crease in the middle.
