This iridescent, tin crackled Coquille bowl was designed in 1937 by W.J. Rozendaal (1899-1971) and made at the Kristalunie in Maastricht.

The bowl was shown for the first time at the spring fair of 1937 in Utrecht and depicted in the accompanying catalogue.
Scale is also described in the booklet "Kristalunie Maastricht" by A. van der Kley-Blekxtoon on pages 125 and 126, and depicted image 163 and 164.

MAASTRICHT is etched in the bottom. The luster gives the light a beautiful color effect. The bowl has 5 rounded corners.

Dimensions: diameter 34 cm, height 4 cm

Scale is in excellent condition.
