SKEPA was born in 1978 (France). At the beginning of the 90s, he joined the crew of his neighborhood "IDK". Ultra productive, SKEPA's main activity is tag and throw up on urban and rolling supports. Following legal disputes, the "IDK" crew ended in 1997. It was during this period that Skepa decided, with Jone Hopper and other activists, to form the group "TBS" (The Brutal Style).
