There is a handwritten text on the front. Is dated 1859. (See photo)

In good condition, with the usual signs of wear. Has a beautiful gold colored buckle to close the book.

I couldn't find the print of the book. Possibly around 1859, judging by the written and signed text.

Samuel Bagster was an author and printer. He was based at 15 Paternoster Row.
The Patternoster Row was a narrow street near St Pauls Cathedral in London. They were named because there were many dealers of religious books. 67450719
