Toni Cimino born in Cropani (Cz) in 1962 attended art school and a course in advertising graphics, then continued his studies as a self-taught, deepening more and more the technique of oil on canvas and on wood. Cimino's artistic language is particularly oriented towards landscapes and flowers, from which he manages to steal the most secret messages. In his works we read suggestive atmospheres, which unequivocally denote the emotions of his soul. With a post-impressionist style, which is not limited to the cold reproduction of the subjects, but elaborates lights and shadows with extraordinary chromatic orchestration.
