Very nice work of the Journal des Demoiselles which was founded in 1833 by Jeanne-Justine Fouqueau de Pussy and was intended for young girls aged 14 to 18, from the wealthy classes.
It lasted until the end of the 19th century. The topics covered, among others, were the Fine Arts, theater and music The newspaper was made up of sections that dealt with travel stories, fashion, literature through the "literary review" and a letter from readers addressed to young girls.
