Baluster vase Signed Charles Catteau
Five groups of circular and clustered geometric patterns rising from the base to the neck in decreasing numbers. Base enhanced with a black ribbon.
Material: fine earthenware
Technique: Cast form. Decor with printed outlines enhanced with orange, red-brown, black, turquoise and cobalt blue enamels on a white background. Cracks especially visible in the white. Glazes poured off the outlines in several places.
