Bulova, who had already been on the Moon, even if unofficially in 1971, with a prototype on the wrist of astronaut David Scott during the Apollo 15 mission, in 1976 created a curious timepiece with strange shapes with digital time indication, the Computron LEDs. Absolutely innovative and with a design that left everyone speechless at the time, its fully closed trapezoidal-shaped case displayed the time on a vertical display, so much so that you had to rotate your wrist to read the time.
