Vintage twin ring in 585/14 kt yellow gold with platinum head settings. The round frames decorated with mille handles are set with 4 rose-cut diamonds and a round-cut sapphire. The ring (current size 64/20.4 mm) can be reduced to size 55/17.5 mm (see below). Very good condition.
