The author of “Récits de Kabylie”, a civilian, accompanies during the summer of 1857 the expeditionary force placed under the orders of Marshal Randon.
Bound copy, contemporary red half-sheepskin. Smooth spine decorated with gilded irons. Embossed dishes (floral motifs). - Small tear (without loss) in head cover, solid volume. Fresh interior, light and pale foxing. Map well preserved.
