Fritz Anton Siebert (1878-1944)
Siebert was a German painter, born and raised in Hamburg. Siebert are known for his colorful nature paintings and expressive harbor views. Siebert died during the bombing of Hamburg by the Allies in World War II.
Provenance: Purchased by current owner at Auktionshaus Dannenberg May 16, 2017. The work comes from a private collection in the South of the Netherlands
Although the work is in good condition, commensurate with its age, the frame is in less good condition. In the case of shipping, Art Dumay may prefer to remove the frame for the safety of the work.
