Achille-Émile Othon Friesz (French, born February 6, 1879 in Le Havre – died January 10, 1949 in Paris) was a French painter linked to Fauvism. Friesz took classes at the municipal school of fine arts in Le Havre, where he met and became friends with Raoul Dufy, also a native of Le Havre. 67530545
