Lot with 2 special editions of the well-known so-called OPTOTYPI/Snellen cards (A) and 8 Academic Dissertations (1854-1894) on subjects related to Eye/Ophthalmology (B).

A. OPTOTYPI ad Visum Determinandum – Type tests to determine visual acuity – author: Herman Snellen (1834-1908) – 2 editions:
• 20th edition from 1911
• 22nd edition from 1924
Both booklets published by H. Snellen Junior at Publishers Mij, among others. Neerlandia/Utrecht.
Both booklets come with separate cards numbered from I to 10 - the 1911 edition is missing card VIII, the 1924 edition is missing card VI - together a complete series.
The booklets are unpaged, brown paper cover, 24x16 cm - the cards have different sizes (see photos).
Condition: the 1911 edition is loose in the cover, the 1924 edition is in good condition.
