Citroën is a French automotive company founded in 1919 by André Citroën when he decided to actively devote himself to the production of cars and is now part of the Stellantis group. After the war, Citroën immediately realized that the industrial future lay in the production of cars; However, the idea that drove Citroën to found the car company in 1919 that still bears his name today was the creation of a car accessible to all and not reserved for a few as was the case up until then. The first car produced by the "double chevron" car manufacturer is the Type of 1919. The Citroën Ami 6 is a mid-range car produced by the French car manufacturer Citroën from 1961 to 1969, born from a stylistic idea by Flaminio Bertoni and based on the 1960 C60 prototype.
