20 centimes, blue, cancelled with a star and a date postmark from 12 December 1870, on an envelope with correspondence for the minister in Porto in Portugal. The letter should have been franked 40 centimes.
The AFFR.INSUFF P.2. mark was stamped on the piece, and there is a postmark (tax?) on the stamp.
Exceptional composition + destination.
