The buttons are for doll clothes. There are three in the original cassette. They are not marked. On top there is a pattern of white and blue enamel.

They were made by Howell James & Co, Regency Street, London.
The buttons are 6mm high and approximately 9cm in diameter. All three together weigh approximately 2 grams.
The box is 10x3cm.
