The third Paris World's Fair, called an Exposition Universelle in French, was held from May 1 to November 10, 1878. It celebrated France's recovery from the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-1871.


Original edition - One folio volume consisting of 40 issues collected in one volume - 327 pages - Many illustrations in and out of text, some on double page - minor wear on some pages that do not affect the text - foxing here and there - good copy. Condition: good, book is well bound, minor signs of wear.
