This robot was released by Masudaya, Japan in 1985.
It is a 1:5 scale replica of the Lost in Space robot, it is very large and imposing.
This robot was aimed at children over 10 years old and they could paint and partly assemble them themselves.
That never happened, this robot has remained unsold and has never been played with or painted.
I have tested the speech module (you can twist the upper body off) and it works well, the light in his chest pulsates very nicely with his speech.
A press of the black button on his chest makes him talk.
The box is very nice and the bag with parts that you had to place yourself is still neatly in place.
Original manual is also included.
