Beautiful impressionistic 19th. century French or Belgian oil painting on canvas. Unfortunately I am not able to decipher the signature. But maybe you can? It has a few major tears in the canvas and a few minor tears (more holes), so needs restoration. Also one restoration spot in the middle.
