Selling here is a nice example of Donville's 'Les Confidences De Cherubin'. Illustrated throughout with all 16 plates by Charles 'Herric' Hérouard. Limited edition of 2225 total copies, this being number 1454. Bound in the original wraps.
Condition: The binding has wear and edge loss, bumping to head/tail and all four corners. Grubby, stained and chipped/torn. Contents: grubby marking, browning, spotting and with page edges rough. Some leaves pulling / turned. A nice example overall of a scarce work. Blind stamp to the corner of the last leaf. Please see our images for further description.
