Hector Marino was born on July 2, 1959 in Gijón (Spain), he arrived in France at the age of two, discovering the Var coast of Six-Fours-les-Plages (83).
Passionate about judo, he will have a great international career.
He had a sudden revelation for painting in 2000, when he discovered a painting by Nicolas de Staël, from which he has since tried, in his creations, to free himself from its influence.
He paints mainly in oil and with knives, on canvas or wooden panels, often in large formats.
Many exhibitions have since been scheduled, in France, but also abroad (New York, Montreal,
Brussels...),
