Lives in Düsseldorf and Mexico.
After art lessons at high school with Franz-Joseph van der Grinten and Johannes Stüttgen, he studied at the State Art Academy in Düsseldorf with professors Fritz Schwegler, Joseph Beuys and Erwin Heerich
1978 Appointment as a master student at the Düsseldorf Art Academy.
