Set of 2 booklets on Hergé's oeuvre "Le Monde de Tintin" softcover (first edition) first reference book published on Hergé's work in 1959 - Moscow without veils, by Joseph Douillet, a book published in 1928, the ultimate reference work that Hergé used for his legendary album Tintin in the Land of the Soviets in 1929. The book is in fairly good condition, complete with a sturdy binding, no inscriptions or tears in the pages... Please take a good look at all the photos to get an idea form the condition of both reference books..Original edition, not a reprint, very interesting book to peruse to understand the context in which Hergé sent Tintin to the USSR, just 12 years after the Russian Revolution.
