A stamp Dt. Post in Turkey MiNr. 17 I gest. with 2 plate errors according to Arge manual, on A1/5 = Knop R 46 = left, upper corner beveled and on E4/2 = black horizontal. Line in coat fold next to right margin.
Very rare in this combination.
