Very beautiful large bust, signed Balestra
Beautiful color brown with gold accents and in perfect condition.
The bust was made by an Italian sculptor P. Balestra, who worked in Belgium, Brussels.
At the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, Balestra worked in a romantic style that leans towards Art Nouveau.
The bust is very beautifully finished and is made of Terracotta
