CONTENTS
Extremely rare. Perfect copy, very margined, beards not trimmed. Barbe copy of this first edition accompanied by the topographical plan of the city of Milan folded several times, the plan of the Duomo and 44 plates. It is a complete repertoire of the history of Milan, its buildings and monuments.
It is a fundamental work for the study of eighteenth-century Milan and a source, albeit complex in its reading, of detailed information on the architecture of that city in the Austrian era.

5 Volumes: I - Pp. 336, II - pp. 348, III - pp. 338, IV - pp. 459, V - pp. 448. Rustic hardcover binding, marbled paper, with individual rigid slipcase for each volume. Gold title on spine. Large plates including the large topographic map of the city, drawn by Ferroni and engraved by Schiller, which depict facades, plans and cross-sections of Milanese buildings. Beautiful woodcut frontispiece. Genuine and margined copy, in excellent condition. In untrimmed beards.
Booklet to the first and fourth volumes, copper engraved frontispiece, title pages with woodcut vignette, large topographical map of Milan Cathedral folded several times and 44 copper engraved and folded plates drawn by Seiller with instructions to the bookbinder as often happens, folded map with some tears, occasional light browning.
Modern paper covered with marbled paper with gilt label on the spine, in beards, in paper slipcases.
