Title is missing, based on the maps and the text I have come to the conclusion that this is the first Dutch edition: [Overgheset i.d. Nederduytsche spraecke, d. C. Kilianum. Now again with various Historien ende aenmerck. supposed end decorates d. P Montanum. Amst., W. Jansz. Blaeu, 1612.]
Small folio, leather binding
The first (12?) pages including the title are missing. Of the text with 396 pages, pages 329-330 are missing and parts of some pages are missing/with text loss. The index (26 pp.?) is missing in its entirety.
Condition; Mediocre. Binding heavily damaged, (water)stains, many prints damaged, some are missing pieces, but many are still in (reasonably) good condition. Not complete, offered here as is with all flaws - w.a.f.
