A very old ship pump / water pump with lockable tap.
With a nice spout at the bottom.
Presumably from the Netherlands, but I'm not sure.
Looks great in a nautical interior, but also in a garden near a water feature or something like that.
Many photos have been posted, including a photo with a wine bottle so that the condition and size can be clearly determined.
