Art deco suspension signed Loys Lucha.
The hexagonal enameled glass basin is in very good condition. It shows a superb decoration in soft colors composed of stylized flowers gathered on the central part.

The suspension is carried by 4 silk cords (probably original) which hide the electric wires. These cords are grouped at the top under a cup in light metal decorated imitating bronze.
Presence of discoloration on the cords.

At each of the uprights, a brass socket is ready to receive a "bayonet" bulb. Electrification, probably original too, has not been tested. On the last photo, I placed the basin under a lamp to give you an idea of the rendering.

Loys Lucha, whose real name is Louis Joseph Chaffard-Luçon (1880-1951) is a Parisian master glassmaker. His company based in Boulogne was active throughout the Art Deco period. 67422741
