Holy water travel altar "to hang or stand" in finely chiseled silver metal in the cathedral style and its large hand-painted porcelain medallion representing Mary Magdalene.
The medallion is concealed by two doors engraved with floral motifs.
Period late nineteenth early twentieth.
Manufacturer's label still on it and visible "rare".
Dimensions closed: 25 cm by 11 cm. Porcelain medallion 9X6cm. Depth clam 4.5cm for a total weight of 336 grams.
Good condition for its age. No restoration or cleaning done. Will need a good cleaning by you "or not", beautiful patina of time for this collector's item remained in its original state.
