Arnaud d'Ossat (born July 20, 1537 in Larroque and died March 15, 1604 in Rome) was a French writer and diplomat. He was also a cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church.
Nicolas Amelot de la Houssaye, also known as "Abraham-Nicolas Amelot de La Houssaye", (1634 in Orléans - December 8, 1706 in Paris) was a French historian and translator.
