Selling here is a nice example of Barbey D'Aurevilly's 'Les Diaboliques'. Illustrated throughout by D'Emilien Dufour. Bound in the original wraps.
Condition: The binding has wear and light edge loss, bumping to head/tail and all four corners. Sunned and spotted to wraps. Contents: In good order, occasional grubby mark, light spotting and with page edges rough. A few leaves pulling to gutter. A nice example overall. Some leaves un-cut and with a blind stamp to the last leaf. Please see our images for further description.
