A beautiful cityscape by the famous beach and city painter Willem Heytman
The painting, 50 x 90 cm, is in excellent condition.

As a descendant of the "Dutch Frenchman" Johan Barthold Jongkind (1819-1891), we already see school notebooks full of pages with drawings that were made between lessons.
Soon after his school days, Heytman started experimenting with pastels, watercolors and oils and concentrated mainly on the latter.
His first exhibition took place in 1976 in Middelburg, Zeeland.
He still lives in that province.
Apart from lessons from the Dutch marine painter J.W.Heyting, Heytman is continuously self-taught who continues to innovate and improve his style and composition, not shying away from the challenge of any subject.

The painting will be carefully packed and sent by registered mail by PostNL. 67554967
