Designed by Raymond Chevallier for Boch Frères (La Louvière - Belgium) in the 1930s and 40s.

Polychrome enamel floral decoration reference D2940 also commonly known as “Shanghai”.

The vase is in very good condition. The photos are part of the description. Note (as shown in the last 2 photos) a small, fairly discreet chip on the outside of the neck of the vase.
