Mahogany secretary with "St. Anna" marble.
Sleek model, very beautiful flower mahogany veneered with solid brass entrances. The interior also called "nest" with full and half-full blackened pillars, all with brass (gilded) capitals.
6 drawers in the interior and 1 blind drawer in the hood.
Locks and keys original and working.
Inlaid lid is inlaid with "olive green" sheep leather.
Very heavy quality in all parts, blind wood, veneer, leather, gold-plated brass lining, locks, hinges and marble.
France, about 1810-1830.
