straight from their private collection,
a wonderful P 200 E first series, 1978, without indicators.

Italian registration in order, documents ready for the transfer of ownership.
Fully restored.

Before restoration, the Vespa was in good condition.
The frame was sandblasted and treated with special anti-rust product to preserve it.
The shield complete with platform was replaced
(the spare part used was new old stock).
Painted by an authorised workshop in February 2020.
It was later parked in a garage and not used any more.
It is sold as used in good condition as the paintwork is not excellent and there may be small scratches or marks caused by the passage of time.
The Vespa still has its original key lock from the NEIMAN period.
Part of its original components were reused in their original condition, such as
speedometer, horn, bonnet opening hooks, seat.
Very high-quality spare parts have been used to replace the components – no commercial products.
Electrical system, wires and sheaths (Teflon sheaths), tyres, rims, shock absorbers, levers, seals, etc.
Overhauled engine.
Work done:
Washing and cleaning of crankcases
(paired crankcases in their original condition).
Replacement:
Bearings, oil seals, elastic joints, gaskets.
Marzucchelli shaft of the time, new old stock.
Cylinder was rebored.
Engine was updated with 12-volt ignition for greater reliability and safety of the vehicle.
Ducati P 200 E ignition.
Engine is like new (run-in needed).
Documents ready for transfer of ownership, Italian registration, documents of the time.
Original number plate of the province of Naples.
Its booklet-type registration document of the time was preserved, for historical and collectable purposes.
Ongoing registration with the historical institution at ASI Club.
The Vespa will be tested before sale.
