Good. Leather scraped, tear at the top of the spine, approx. 1 cm. Pencil scribble cover page. Interior discoloured, large moisture spot (and black spot(s)) in the top corner of the first and last 20 leaves, smaller in the top corner of a large number of pp and in the bottom margin of a number of pp. Top corner of last page torn off.
