Very beautiful bronze box made by Max Le Verrier which presents a "Hunting in the Middle Ages around 1348". The composition is divided into three parts. In the left part we can see a man on horseback coming out of a castle sounding the start of the hunt. The central scene presents the hunt for a deer in the woods. Finally, a game killing scene. The bronze decoration is in excellent condition and shows no signs of wear or shock. The interior is lined with a green fabric in good condition. Signature on the back by Max le Verrier.
