The Atlas der Neederlanden provides insight into a unique 9-part collector's atlas with 600 maps of the Republic and the fledgling Kingdom of the Netherlands around 1815, which is kept in the Special Collections of the University of Amsterdam.
Each map is described and illustrated in detail. The main part consists of carto-bibliographical and substantive descriptions. Large wall maps are depicted as a complete map, with all decorations, crests and the like in the right place.
