Storm van 's-Gravesande was a Dutch painter, etcher and lithographer.
He was influenced by the Hague School.
In 1868 he moved to Brussels where he was taught by Willem Roelofs, Paul Gabriel and Felicien Rops.
His work includes strongly impressionistic Dutch landscapes.
However, Storm van 's-Gravesande is best known as an artist who contributed to the revival of etching as an art form in its own right at the end of the 19th century. 67471553
