Oscar Ebbeni (1889-1965) is an artist known for his luminous works influenced by Impressionism, mainly landscapes. His stylized touch, sometimes to the extreme, leads some of his works towards abstract painting. He was also an illustrator, among others of “La Parabole du figuier steriel” by P.Broodcoorens (1921), the illustration of the brochure of the Cité jardin de Kapelleveld (1923), and illustrations for the work Pélleas et Mélisande.

Dimensions of the panel itself are 73 cm by 62 cm.
Very beautiful luministic work by this artist. In good condition and framed in a classic wooden frame.
