"Maserati is an Italian car manufacturer now owned by the Stellantis automotive group and founded in Bologna in 1914 by Alfieri Maserati. Maserati has always produced luxury sports cars and is also well known for its numerous successes in motor sports competitions. Maserati Mistral is a car produced by the Italian car manufacturer of the Trident from 1963 to 1970, it was first presented under the name of 3500 GT 2-seater and then, on the instructions of the French importer of Maserati, it was renamed Mistral. like the 3500 GT it replaced, it was made in coupé and spider versions and was designed by Pietro Frua, entrepreneur and one of the most, if not the most, well-known Italian designer of the twentieth century.The Mistral was the last Maserati to mount the famous 6-cylinder in-line DOHC engine, F1 World Champion with Juan Manuel Fangio in 1957. A total of about 9 Maserati Mistrals were produced 55, 830 coupés and only 125 examples of the spider model.=
