Fernand Toussaint (Brussels, 1873 - Ixelles, 1956) was a painter of the Belgian school.
He was a painter of figures, portraits, nudes, genre scenes, interiors with figures, landscapes, marines, still lifes and flowers. He was a watercolourist, draftsman and lithographer.
