This is an image from my morning light series which has a forest, deer and roe deer as its theme. Sometimes there is also a rabbit. My studio is in the Hocheifel in the middle of the forest. I encounter deer and stags every day when I go hiking with my Italian herding dog. And that's how this series came about. The image is a digital painting and printed on high quality canvas - and then finished with oil or acrylic paint. Unique. It is signed on the back so as not to spoil the impression of the picture.
