Round brass sconce from the Netherlands. Has been beaten and riveted.
Red copper rivets clearly visible..
The unusually shaped opening to remove the candle remains has been sawn by hand.
The extinguisher can be hung on a string on a nearby wall, it has a tear at the bottom.
