Aesthetic research drives me to investigate the works of the past. Here I propose a 30x30 canvas in which I reproduced a portion of "Santa Caterina d'Alessandria" by Guido Reni.
I purposely used the Ikea "Sannahed" frame: it forms a "box" around the painting (37x37x6 cm.), as if it were to protect a precious relic.
Result? A refined piece of furniture. Ancient and modern at the same time., ready to hang.
