Remarkable atlas composed of 24 color plates which represent bacteria in the form of microscope sections. Each plate is accompanied by an informative notice specific to each type of bacteria.

The plates offer microphotographs of various pathogenic micro-organisms including among others: staphylococcus, streptococcus, plague, anthrax, tuberculosis, leprosy, colibacillus, cholera... up to malaria.

The set is mounted on tabs and covered with the publisher's gray canvas cardboard. - Slight traces of dirt on the dishes. Clean interior. Very good state.
